Gut Health Smoothie | Meal Prep Monday

This smoothie is is great to help get you started first thing in the morning! It’s also really good for your overall gut health which is vital to being healthy. Check out the recipe below.

Gut Up and Get Going
Morning Smoothie

1Cup (150g) Frozen Blueberries
6oz Almond Milk
28g (1Scoop) Nuethix Chocolate Protein
10g (1Scoop) Nuethix Espresso Greens
1tsp Cinnamon
1/4Cup (25g) Gluten Free Quick Oats
1-2 Tbls Anise (Fennel bulb chopped)
2Cups Fresh Spinach

In a blender/Ninja add the ingredients in order as written. Make sure berries are frozen but you may sub other frozen berries. You can also us frozen spinach instead of fresh. Optional: Fennel bulb.

Blend for 1 minute or on smoothie setting. Drink immediately.
