Gut Up and Get Going. Morning Smoothie

What you’ll need:

  • 1Cup (150g) Frozen Blueberries
  • 6oz Almond Milk
  • 28g (1Scoop) Nuethix Chocolate Protein
  • 10g (1Scoop) Nuethix Espresso Greens
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4Cup (25g) Gluten Free Quick Oats
  • 1-2 Tbls Anise (Fennel bulb chopped)
  • 2Cups Fresh Spinach

In a blender/Ninja add the ingredients in order as written. Make sure berries are frozen but you may sub other frozen berries. You can also us frozen spinach instead of fresh. Optional: Fennel bulb.

Blend for 1 minute or on smoothie setting. Drink immediately.
