Meal Prep Monday | No Bake Protein Bites

Sweet tooth’s are hard to cure without eating off plan. Maximum Muscle Report is here to give you a healthier alternative when you just can’t shake that sweet craving!


What you’ll need…

1 cup dry oatmeal

1 scoop whey protein powder (we used vanilla flavor)

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (chunky or creamy works)

1/2 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips (you can find these at Whole Foods)

1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Coconut shavings for topping (optional)



Put all ingredients, except peanut butter, into large mixing bowl

Mix together until all is combined

Heat up the peanut butter in microwave safe bowl for 15 seconds so it is easier to combine

Dump peanut butter into large mixing bowl with other ingredients and combine until a thick batter like consistency

Roll into bite size balls and cover in coconut shavings

Eat immediately or refrigerate
