Maximum muscle report - BackBack Meal Prep Monday | Avocado Hummus

Calling all avocado and Hummus lovers! Rebecca, The BodyBaker walks you through yet another Maximum Muscle Report Meal Prep Monday episode!
This week, combining two delicious things to make Avocado Hummus!



What you’ll need…

1- 15 oz can Chickpeas
2 – small Avocados
3 – 4 Roasted Garlic cloves or 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Juice of 1 Lime
15-20 sprigs Cilantro
1 medium Jalapeno Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Tbls Coconut Oil
2 Tbls Water

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and run on high until creamy.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp. water if needed
  3. Serve as a dip, spread, topping or spoon filler.
