Maximum muscle report - BackBack Healthy Snack Option | Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Bites

On this weeks Meal Prep Monday, we show you how to make some amazing Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Bites! These are an tasty and healthy snack!

1/3 Cup Greek Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ Cup Vanilla Protein of your Choice

10-12 Medium Strawberries

In a mixing bowl whip cream cheese, yogurt and protein powder until smooth, light and fluffy. Scoop into piping bag or ziploc bag, cutting the corner to fill each strawberry.

Carefully carve out the middle of each strawberry and pipe the filling in each. Refrigerate or serve immediately. Store in Fridge for up to three days. Freshness depends on strawberries.
