Meal Prep Monday | Low Carb Peanut Butter Mousse

Simple and effective for that lingering sweet tooth! Plan out who your sharing with, this recipe creates enough for four; Or else you might find yourself wanting to finish this one off by yourself!


What you’ll need… 

125g reduced fat cream cheese

2 Tbsp. all natural peanut butter

1 tsp. cocoa powder

1/2 tsp. Organic Stevia

No fat whipped cream



1. Use large mixing bowl, add cream cheese – beat until smooth

2. Add in cocoa powder, stevia and peanut butter – beat until smooth

3. Scoop out desired serving into bowl, topped with whipped cream.
