Meal Prep Monday | Jamba Juice at Home

Waking up and having the same egg whites and oats every morning quickly gets boring. Maximum Muscle Report wants to share with you an easy recipe that can be spun in multiple different ways to create a protein packed, Jamba Juice like, smoothie at home!

What you’ll need…

1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 cup spinach
6 ice cubes
Liquid stevia to taste

Directions…

Add six ice cubes to blender
Add 1 scoop of protein powder
Dump the rest of ingredients into blender
Begin with blender on ‘ice crush’ setting for 30 seconds or until ice has been crushed
Switch blender to ‘blend’ setting for another 30 seconds

This recipe is a high protein, no fat, very low carb smoothie. All ingredients can be interchanged for different berries, different liquid such as unsweetened almond milk, different flavor protein powder, different green vegetable!

Smoothies are a great protein alternative when on the go or looking for a cool off in the hot summer heat!
