Meal Prep Monday | Indoor Kabobs

There are some summer days that turn rainy, cloudy, maybe even a little cold but you’re still drooling over that grilled steak taste that is near irreplaceable. Maximum Muscle Report is here to help those rainy days and offer you the way to broil steak or chicken kabobs!

What you’ll need…

3 1/2 lbs of sirloin or boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 lb mushrooms
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 large green pepper
1 large sweet onion

*The meats and vegetables can be substituted as desired*

Directions…

1. Cut your meat of choice and vegetables of choice into large bite size pieces
2. Thread the meat and vegetables, alternating, onto wooden skewers
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with sea salt and ground pepper
4. Set broiler on high, place the kabobs on broiler pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes each side until meat of choice is cooked through

This is simple, delicious and its possible to make large batches of these to have for your meals throughout the week!
