What you’ll need… 

2 lbs 93% ground beef or ground turkey

1 can chili beans

1 can corn

3 Tbsp. minced garlic

1 onion chopped

1 can diced tomatoes

5 medium yellow potatoes

8 oz. fat free cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Brown ground beef or ground turkey in skillet
  2. Drain beef/turkey and put in crockpot
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Add all ingredients into crockpot besides cheese
  5. Cook on low for six hours
