Here’s what you’ll need…
1 cup chopped fruit
2 cups of non-fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread 2 cups of yogurt of choice onto parchment paper until it’s about 1/4 inch thick
Sprinkle chopped fruit on top and 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Freeze for at least four hours
*MMR created the frozen yogurt bark with the fewest calories using strawberries, stevia sweetened chocolate chips from Whole Foods and a non-fat greek yogurt with low sugar. Add as many or as few toppings as you desire! We recommend topping with dried fruit, raisons, honey or maple syrup.
*Note: The bark melts quickly once removed from freezer. Cut into small pieces immediately
